- To respond to your inquiry and provide the contract-crew or mentor-pilot services you request.
- To match requests with qualified pilots in our network and coordinate engagements.
- To communicate with you about operations, scheduling, and billing related to your request.

We are not a marketplace and we do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to deliver our services, including with:
- Pilots and crew assigned to or considered for your request, limited to what's necessary to coordinate the engagement.
- Service providers that help us operate (for example, website hosting, form processing, email, and payment processing), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety disclosures where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here and to meet our legal, operational, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

SMS / text messaging (mobile numbers and consent)
When you enroll in our operational SMS program (see the SMS Program Terms), we collect your mobile phone number and record your SMS-consent event.
How we use SMS data: We use your mobile number and SMS-consent record only to (a) send you the operational SMS messages described in the SMS Program Terms and (b) meet legal and recordkeeping obligations related to your consent and our compliance with U.S. messaging regulations. We do not use SMS opt-in data to profile you or to target you with advertising.
No sharing for marketing: Mobile phone numbers and SMS-consent information are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We do not disclose your SMS-consent data to any third party for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.
Limited service-provider access: We use Twilio Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content only to transmit messages on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.
How to opt out or delete SMS data: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. To request deletion of your mobile number and SMS-consent record, contact us at bandeaviation@gmail.com; we will delete the data promptly unless we are required to retain it to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies & analytics
The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary for it to function and, where applicable, basic analytics.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
